Request an Official Transcript
There are two convenient ways to request your official transcript.
Mail Request
Available to all students and alumni.
- Download the Request an Official Transcript Form
- Complete the form and mail it to the address at the top to the home campus attended while a student at St. Joseph's University. Please include a check or money order for the official transcript - $5 per copy. If paying by credit card, please click here to complete the official credit card authorization form. There is a 2.25% convenience fee that will be applied to this transaction.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days once received for all official transcript requests to be processed and mailed out. Official transcripts are mailed from both campuses.

Electronic Request
Available to students and alumni who enrolled in September 2007 and after.
St. Joseph's University has partnered again with the National Student Clearinghouse to offer students a quicker, secure, electronic official transcript. This new online option is only available to students who started attending St. Joseph's University in September 2007. Ordering an electronic transcript offers the following benefits:

How to Get an Electronic Transcript
- The cost for the electronic official transcript is $6.00 for the transcript and an additional $2.25 - $3.25 per request to cover the cost of security and delivery method.
